(More customer reviews)Our cat, like many other beloved pets, is spoiled with toys and treats galore. I've never seen him enjoy a toy better than the Chirp 'n Chase. The realistic bird chirps drive him crazy. After catching the bird at the end of its launch (I say launch because the bird is propelled by the fling of a rubber band that only vaguely resembles actual flight) he continues to flip the bird in the air and carries it around in his mouth. All the while the little bird continues to chirp, driving him even crazier. The chirping is triggered by motion, i.e. when it's flung through the air.The rubber band used to propel the bird is thick, not flimsy, and strong. The bird's feathers are a nice touch. Our cat loves to lick them. This product is worth purchasing, especially if you own a cat who primarily resides in the house, as our cat does, and rarely goes out.
