(More customer reviews)Squirrels have been targeting us and our property for years. On our current property they like crawling up and into Mrs. Spudman's Vibe to chew on wires and anything plastic. They've caused well over a thousand dollars damage on the one car.
A man at the local bird store recommended this deterrent. I squirted all around the car and in the wheel wells for several weeks. Because this product is red and may stain I couldn't spray it on the car's finish or in the engine compartment where the squirrels dine. Squirrels continue to climb up into the car to snack. Now I'm in the trapping phase of squirrel combat and almost caught one of the hombres.

One industrious squirrel learned how to reach our tray feeder. Luckily he's the only one who's been smart enough to reach the tray so far. I sprayed all around the pole that holds the feeder, and sprayed the pole itself until it streaked red.
Within half an hour of spraying the pole, we saw Houdini squirrel climb the pole. After I saw him laughing at me, I went outside and chased him away.

I've since installed a baffle, and knock on wood, the squirrel hasn't been in the feeder since.

Squirrels are determined and smart. For us, thinking a spray product will keep them away is a pipe dream.
