(More customer reviews)I've had this feeder for over a year and a half, and even though it is pricey (for a birdfeeder), it was well worth it. I have nothing against squirrels, but they have no place in my feeder. I've bought many other feeders that claim to be squirrel-proof, and this is the only one that has delivered on its promise. In almost 2 years, a squirrel has never been able to get into it. The design just makes it physically impossible for them to do so. (Plus, I have mine placed in the center of my yard, away from any trees. I believe a nearby branch would be the only way they could get onto the platform.) They will climb the pole to get a good look at the feeder, but have always just turned around and went back down to the ground. They just can't beat it. I highly recommend it.
